David J. Haines appointed CEO and Chairman of the Management Board for a further five years

Düsseldorf, 23rd April 2009. The Supervisory Board of Grohe AG, Hemer, has confirmed David J. Haines (48) as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board for a further five years at its meeting on the 21st of April 2009. Haines was first appointed chairman of the board in September 2004 by the Supervisory Board of Grohe AG. With this early decision, the Supervisory Board has set the course for continuity and the long-term sustainability of the successful development of GROHE.
